ABOUT US

MVP opened in 2014, introducing the areas of Mulgoa Valley and Penrith to EP Physical Culture.

Whether you’ve grown up performing or are new to Physie, our classes at MVP are a place you can be yourself, build confidence and meet life-long friends. We believe that being a part of a Physie family encourages a love of exercise, improved health benefits, confidence and overall happiness.

Regardless of your fitness level or experience, physie is a sport you can start at any age or ability.

We will encourage and support you to strive and practice to achieve the dance goals you dream of.

“I love the friendships that develop, the growth in confidence the girls build, and the poise, strength and flexibility Physie creates. Most of all, I love that Physie is fun and focused on personal bests. Through my teaching, I’m proud to share my passion and enthusiasm for this sport.”

"What I love most about physie is the amazing friendships I've made—it’s like being part of a big family. Seeing everyone grow, not just in their physie abilities, but in the connections we build with each other, is so fulfilling. Physie really challenges you to step out of your comfort zone, and it’s helped me grow more confident in everything I do!"
